    Reema teaching a BOLLYFIT workshop for the ladies, where she did a fantastic Warm-up and an advanced 40-minute marathon cardio routine, followed by an intensive floor ABT regime – Abs, Buttocks, and Thighs. The Workshop ended with a relaxing Cooldown, Breathing and Stretching exercises. The entire workout was synchronized to the latest Bollywood and Punjabi remixes. Reema and the ladies had a fantastic fun workout as they rocked the floor at 200 beats per minute!
