At the end of the Training Program, the students give their own BOLLYFIT performance and are awarded a BOLLYFIT Instructor Certificate and given BOLLYFIT music.

BOLLYTONING
BOLLYTONING is a fantastic calorie burner, muscle toning and strength training workout which sculpts your body like a Dancer’s! Muscular strength; Muscular Endurance; Cardiovascular Endurance; Flexibility; Power and Strength Training. The BOLLYFIT Training Program helps to boost your metabolism by building up calorie-burning muscle tissue, and ensures that you’ll preserve lean muscle mass as you lose fat. BOLLYTONING has Four main workout components: ABT (BODY TONING & BODY CONDITIONING)
Abs (Abdominals), Buttocks (Gluts) and Thighs - An intense Upper and Lower Body Conditioning workout, to Burn Fat and Tone up Lower and Upper Abdominals, Gluts, Hips, Inner, Outer, Upper (Quad muscles) and Back (Hamstring) Thigh muscles.
CARDIO KICK-BOXING
A great workout, kick-box style, mixing the various martial arts and aerobics techniques set to motivating music. Moves are a combination of High-Low Impact exercises, as well as high intensity moves.
BOLLYFIT DANCE AEROBICS & STEP DANCE (CARDIO WORKOUT)

  • The BOLLYFIT Fitness Dance Choreography (Cardio Workout – mix of high and low impact moves)
  • Cool Down exercises
  • BOLLYTONING - Strength training exercises for Upper Body, Arms, Legs, Waist
  • Full Floor workout – Calesthenics or Body Toning exercises (ABT - Abdominals, Buttocks & Thighs)
  • Stretching Exercises
  • Counseling on Nutrition, Healthy Eating & Fitness Lifestyle tips
